Service 01 / Prototyping

Iterate fast.
Decide with a part in hand.

Functional prototypes in engineering-grade materials, turned around in days — so design decisions get made on real parts, not renders.

Is this the right door?

You’re iterating

Testing fit, form or function before tooling up. One unit, or a handful of revisions, fast.

You need it functional

Not a display model — a part that actually fits, moves, and takes load like the real thing will.

Already at volume?

If you need hundreds or thousands of units, batch production is the better fit.

From file to part in hand

The same process whether it’s your first prototype or your fifth revision this week.

STEP 01

Upload your file

STL or STEP. See it rendered and measured before you submit anything.

STEP 02

We check printability

Wall thickness, overhangs, tolerances — flagged before they become a failed print.

STEP 03

You get a quote

Material, finish and lead time confirmed by email or WhatsApp — usually within a day.

STEP 04

We print & deliver

Approve it and it goes straight to the floor. Pick up in Nairobi or have it delivered.

What iteration looks like

Three printed revisions of a part, each refining wall thickness and tolerance Isometric wireframe illustration of three iterations of a bracket part, V1 through V3, rendered with visible depth and a through-bore on each, with dimension callouts and a measurement note showing how wall thickness and tolerance tighten with each revision. V1 // FIRST PASS wall 1.2mm — fails load test V2 // REINFORCED wall 2.0mm — passes, slight flex V3 // PRODUCTION wall 2.6mm — locked for production
